We pride ourselves in creating cakes which taste as good as they look. We bake everything from scratch using the best of ingredients which we source locally where possible.
Our cakes consist of four layers of sponge, drizzled with tasty sugar syrups and filled with delicious buttercream, curds and conserves. To achieve the smooth, clean lines that we are known for, all our cakes are coated in a delicious Belgian chocolate ganache before icing, which adds to the already delicious flavours.
