There is nothing better than a cake baked from scratch. Come along to the kitchen and learn to bake the following delicious sponge cakes and their fillings. You’ll bake 32 delicious, generous servings of cake to take away!

Vanilla Sponge
Chocolate Sponge
Carrot Cake
Red Velvet Cake

Vanilla Buttercream
Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Dark Chocolate Ganache
Cream Cheese Frosting

Included are a light lunch, plenty refreshments and all the recipes.
