We’re extremely lucky that Jacqueline Butler of Petalsweet loves Scotland! She’s back in the kitchen to teach us how to create her gorgeous Spring sugar flowers in the most beautiful pastel shades: Icelandic Poppy, Clematis, Closed Peony, Ranunculus, Filler Flowers, and lovely Foliage. Other skills to be learned are how to make the best sugar florist paste and colour it, the best tools to use, how to cut out petals and leaves freehand and with cutters, then how to wire, vein, shape, dry, dust and tape them together and so much more. Students will also work on an iced cake dummy learning how to arrange their completed sugar flowers. This is an action packed 3 day class!
Included in the class fees are lunch and plenty refreshments, class notes, materials, use of all equipment and a box to take completed work away in.
A deposit of £100.00 with secure a place, with full payment expected by 07 April 2019. Please email us if you would like to pay by instalments.
