Ceri Griffiths is based in Cardiff in Wales and is one of the world’s leading ‘lights’ in modern royal icing techniques. The author of three award winning books on royal icing: Squires Guide to Making Iced Flowers, Squires Guide to Making More Iced Flowers, and Border Inspirations, his work regularly features in international cake decorating magazines.
He creates his own online tutorials and teaches contemporary English Over Piping on Craftsy. He is the ambassador for Katy Sue Moulds and makes regular television programmes called Creative Cakes with Ceri Griffiths on Hochanda TV. A gold medal winner at worldwide cake decorating competitions several times over, he is now a judge at the annual Cake International in Birmingham, UK. Ceri travels extensively sharing his craft and we are delighted that he teaches modern Royal Icing techniques in our kitchen.
